SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for choosing YOUNG ART STUDIO. We are dedicated to ensuring your handcrafted frames, custom mirrors, and artwork are delivered safely to your home or workspace.

1. SHIPPING SCOPE & DESTINATIONS
We provide professional delivery services within the Greater Melbourne area and ship standard products Australia-wide.

2. DELIVERY TIMES & ESTIMATES
Production Lead Time: Because many of our products are made-to-order or bespoke, production times vary. Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of your order.

Estimated Delivery Dates: Any dates specified for delivery are estimated dates only. In accordance with our Terms of Trade, YOUNG ART STUDIO shall not be liable for any damage or loss suffered by the Customer as a result of delivery delays due to courier delays, supply chain disruptions, or force majeure events.

3. SHIPPING RATES & FEES
Melbourne Local Delivery / Installation: We offer direct studio delivery and professional hanging services within Melbourne. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your distance from our Wantirna South studio or via a custom quote.

Australia-Wide Shipping: Shipping costs for eligible products are calculated dynamically based on the dimensions, weight, and destination of your order at checkout.

4. RISK AND TITLE
In accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Trade, the risk in any goods passes to the Customer immediately when the goods (or any part of them) are delivered to the premises of the Customer, whether transported by a carrier engaged by us or by the Customer.

Legal property and title to the goods do not pass to the Customer until payment for all outstanding debts has been received by YOUNG ART STUDIO in cleared funds.

5. TRANSIT DAMAGE AND INSPECTION
Important: You must inspect your packages immediately upon arrival.

If your product has been damaged during transit, you must notify us in writing at yas@youngartstudio.com.au within three (3) days of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence of both the packaging and the damaged goods.
